Robot Welding System

The box body is welded by robot, which is more reliable than the traditional manual welding, and the weld is more beautiful. This equipment adopts IRB2600 series robots (ABB), and is the first time in China to apply the visual vision system to the welding of inflatable cabinet products, so as to greatly improve the welding quality and welding speed.

Helium Leak Detector

Dry leak detection is carried out on the switch cabinet box through the helium leak detector, and the workpiece and the vacuum box are evacuated synchronously, so that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the workpiece is not more than 0.04Mpa, the tested workpiece is filled with helium, and the vacuum box method is used to detect the tightness of helium mass spectrometry, so as to ensure that the annual air leakage rate of the product is less than 0.1%.
